In the heart of the beautiful villa district Vista Royal, just a 5-minute walk from the beach of Jan Thiel lies this completely renovated and newly furnished villa, villa Grey Noble.
The villa is built on a spacious plot with lush tropical vegetation and completely surrounded by a wall. You can park more than 3 cars on site.
On the ground floor there are 3 large double bedrooms with plenty of closet space. These bedrooms share a mega large bathroom in which all guests have space for their personal belongings. Also on this floor you will find the laundry room where you can use the washing machine and dryer.
On the first floor you enter the large living room with open kitchen. The kitchen has a cozy sitting area and all the appliances you would expect from a luxury villa such as a double-door refrigerator with ice cubes, oven, microwave and coffee maker. The living room is large and equipped with a lovely lounge area with widescreen TV. Of course you can use the free WIFI here but also in the rest of the villa.
Through a large sliding door you have access to the pool deck where lovely sun loungers around the pool invite you to enjoy the sun and the sea view. You will also find an 8-person dining table and a nice lounge area. Also on this floor is the luxurious master bedroom with plenty of closet space and a beautiful bathroom en-suite.
The beach of Jan Thiel is a short walk from the villa. On the beach you can eat at the many restaurants, have a drink at the various Beach Clubs such as Zanzibar, Papagayo beach and Zest and laze in the warm sand with a view of the Caribbean Sea.
