It was a wonderful holiday in a luxury villa within walking distance of Jan Thiel, the supermarket and the gym that we also used. The villa provides all comforts and it is wonderful to enjoy the terrace with a view and pool after a day out. We will definitely come back if we go to Curacao again!

Great place to stay with your family. We can recommend. Very large rooms, we had everything that was needed (kitchen equipment, washing machine, bbq grill, etc.). Just some little things we would improve: some lamps and the trash bin were defective, toilet paper holder too.
The contact person on site was very friendly and always available for us.

Have had a wonderful week staying here with our family! Beautiful house and close to Jan Thiel beach where you can easily walk to. Nice landlords. For example, there was no cot on arrival. Contact was made and it was arranged right away, super! Keep in mind that there is no air conditioning on the upper floor and no fans, so sometimes very hot. Of course, Curaçao often has a nice breeze, so it can blow through the house if you open the windows. There are good air conditioners in the bedrooms so that you can sleep comfortably. Partly due to the air conditioners, quite a few electricity costs are deducted from the deposit paid afterwards. We would definitely recommend this house to others. Top!

A huge swimming pool overlooking the sea by Jan Thiel. Enjoyment, lots of peace and quiet and with a 5-minute walk you are on the beach of Jan Thiel. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone and definitely come back again!

Within walking distance (15min) of Jan Thiel and the Albert Heijn (10min) is this spacious villa with a large swimming pool, which is cleaned twice a week.

Within walking distance (15min) of Jan Thiel and the Albert Heijn (10min) is this spacious villa with a large swimming pool, which is cleaned twice a week.
Neat administrator Sandy, who responds quickly and if there is something, comes up with a solution.
Cleaning every 6-7 days, which you pay for yourself, is fine. Then the towels and bed linen will also be changed.

Two general remarks;
- Take into account noise nuisance during the day (Mon-Sun) from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm at the pool due to renovation on several sides of the villa (Aug 2022)!
- Electricity costs (for your own account) that are added to the rent are 0.50 cents per kWh. We have apparently used 1000 kWh in 16 days (4 people) (two bedrooms, air conditioning on in the evening and at night), which is almost equal to 500 euros!

Specific points that could be improved have been passed on to the owner.

Furthermore, very much enjoyed with the children all the space and the pool.
