A spacious and cozy apartment has been built under the villa and can accommodate 4 persons. You can use the communal swimming pool which is located close to the apartment. You will lack nothing in the apartment. You can relax there for an attractive price. You have your own entrance door, private terrace and private parking.
The apartment is located in a small enclosed villa park a stone's throw from the Spanish water. You are 1500 meters from the lovely beach Jan Thiel Bay and 5 minutes by car from the always swinging Mambo beach.

We are Marc and Susette Plooy and rent out our house and apartment. We often come to Curacao and think it is a fantastic island. We bought the house and apartment in 2010 as the first owners.
