Casa Marbella Curaçao is located on Marbella Estate, this is a secured park and is located between Jan Thiel beach (5 min drive) and Mambo beach (10 min drive).

You will stay in our completely renovated 2 room apartment with 1 bedroom, bathroom, living room with kitchen, spacious terrace and private parking in front of the apartment. Guests may use the shared park swimming pool and sun beds. * Cot and high chair available.

The Marbella Estate resort is located in Jan Thiel near Jan Thiel Beach and the Spanish Water. Both are beautiful places where you can swim, dive, snorkel, wakeboard or just relax.

There are many amenities nearby such as supermarkets (Albert Heijn), shops, beaches (Pagayo Beach, Zanzibar, Mambo and Kontiki Beach). Willemstad, the Aloe Vera plantation and the ostrich farm are about a 15-minute drive away.

The resort is adjacent to the salt pans (nature reserve) where you can walk/run and spot flamingos.

About the apartment: The kitchen has a 4-burner gas hob, fridge freezer, combination microwave, toaster, sandwich maker and Nespresso coffee machine.
The living area has a comfortable sofa bed.
The bedroom has a 2-person box spring (180x200) and air conditioning. The bathroom (height 2m) has a rain shower, sink and toilet. The entire apartment is equipped with 220v and has WiFi.
Our spacious terrace is equipped with a lounge set for 5 people. The park swimming pool (approx. 14x5m) is a 2-minute walk away and offers plenty of space for sunbathing.
The apartment is located below our house, has its own driveway / parking space, its own entrance and is equipped with an alarm system.

Marbella Estate is located in the well-known Jan Thiel district. Marbella Estate is a secured and closed villa park, it is very child-friendly and has a large
communal pool.
The combination of permanent residents and holiday guests creates an atmospheric and unique experience. The park is beautifully landscaped, with lots of space, houses in soft Caribbean colors and swaying palms. The beautiful bays of the Spanish Water and the natural park of the Jan Thiel Lagoon with the salt pans and flamingos are right next door.

This is the ideal location for your holiday on sun-drenched Curaçao!

Jan Thiel Beach is an excellent location to relax on a beach chair, snorkel or dive. You can also kayak and flyboard.
You will also find nice restaurants here (Zanzibar/Tinto/Koko's/Zest) for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Events are organized regularly, such as live music every Wednesday evening and happy hour every Saturday evening between 5 and 6 pm with a DJ and/or band.

There is a shopping area next to the Jan Thiel Bay. Here you will find an Albert Heijn,
various clothing and souvenir shops, a beauty salon, hairdresser and a casino.

Whether you like to spend days on the lounger or take advantage of the many water sports options, Mambo Beach is suitable for everyone.
The beach's breakwaters have created a lush tropical lagoon, making Mambo Beach perfectly safe for children too!
There are many different beach bars (Cabana/Madero/Chill/Bonita/Rileks/Hemingway) where you can enjoy sunbathing, lunch, drinks and dinner. Every evening there is something organized at one of the beach bars, from happy hours to dinners with live music and from pool parties to theme parties.

At Mambo Beach you will find the Mambo beach boulevard with an abundance of shopping facilities. From beachwear and souvenirs to tattoo parlors and designer items

In addition to the pond bridge and the beautiful trading quay, there is much more to discover in Willemstad. It is full of history, behind every building there is a historical story. The street art that can be found on every corner of the street also makes the city even more beautiful than it already is. Book a city walk or discover the area by e-bike.

In addition, Willemstad is the place for good shopping, which can be done in the center or at the Riffort. You can also enjoy good food here in one of the many good restaurants in Willemstad and then enjoy a delicious cocktail with Antillean live music in the background at one of the cozy bars.
