For a unique unforgettable holiday, you have come to the right place, you will stay in a beautiful waterfront villa which is located right on the Spanish water. The villa is located on a communal jetty. On the jetty you can enjoy the sun or sunset in addition to the sound of rippling water, take a refreshing dip from the jetty in the Spanish water, go out with your paddle board or  take a dip in your own private pool, in addition, there is the possibility that you can make unlimited use of a Dingy (3 person dinghy with 5 hp engine for an additional fee)  from our villa you can enjoy to the maximum of the water, sun, sea and beach on our beautiful Curacao. 

The villa consists of 4 floors and are actually 2 houses under 1 roof, totally separated from each other, 2 front doors, double electricity and water meter etc., the part to rent consists of the lower 2 floors, The houses are designed in such a way that from the upper house you have virtually no view of the swimming pool and part of the garden which belongs to the lower house to be rented. 

The caretakers/owners live in the upper house themselves. So it's very easy to contact them in case of questions or ambiguities. The entrance / front door of villadelmare is located at the top of a cul-de-sac where little traffic passes, then you can go down the stairs into the villa, there you enter the bedroom floor with 3 bedrooms and 1 room which serves as laundry and storage room.

Here are almost 2 of the same bedrooms, so actually 2 Master bedrooms with beautiful stylish furnishings, the 3rd bedroom is very spacious with 2 single beds that can be placed against each other or expanded. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Via the staircase with open loft you have a view of the lower ground floor and a view to the garden with swimming pool. On the ground floor you will find a modern kitchen with oven, microwave, gas hob with wok burner, a dishwasher and American fridge with ice cubes and cool water. Further on the ground floor is a TV room with air conditioning  and a 65" inch Samsung television where you can watch your favorite  (also Dutch) programs, Netflix or Youtube .

There is also a utility room, toilet and bathroom, storage space.  Once outside you will be presented with the beautiful view over the Spanish water, swimming pool with sitting area, outdoor shower, sunbed with roof, 4 separate sunbeds, and a BBQ sitting area. A few steps take you to the communal jetty where your own dingy dinghy is moored where you can make unlimited use. In short, there is no lack of luxury, you will experience an unforgettable holiday here.
