For a unique, unforgettable holiday, you have come to the right place, you will stay in a beautiful villa located right on the Spanish water. The villa is located on a shared jetty. On the jetty you can enjoy the sun or sunset in addition to the sound of rippling water, take a refreshing dip in the Spanish water or in your own private swimming pool. You also have the option of unlimited use of a Dingy (3 person). rubber boat with 5 hp engine) with which you can enjoy the water, sun, sea and beach of our beautiful Curacao to the fullest.

The villa consists of 4 floors and is actually 2 houses under 1 roof, completely separate from each other, 2 front doors, double power and water meter, etc., the part to be rented consists of the bottom 2 floors. The houses are designed in such a way that you can walk from the The upper house has virtually no view of the swimming pool and partly of the garden which belongs to the lower house to be rented out.

The managers/owners live in the top house. So it is very easy to contact them if you have any questions or concerns. The entrance / front door is located at the top of a dead-end street where there is little traffic, then you can go down the stairs into the villa, where you reach the bedroom floor with 3 bedrooms and 1 room which serves as a laundry and storage room.

Here are almost 2 of the same bedrooms, so actually 2 master bedrooms with beautiful stylish furnishings, the 3rd bedroom is very spacious with 2 single beds that can be placed together or apart. all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Via the stairs with an open loft you have a view of the lower ground floor and a view to the garden with swimming pool. On the ground floor you will find a modern kitchen with oven, microwave, gas hob with wok burner, dishwasher and American refrigerator with ice cubes and cool water. Further on the ground floor is a TV room with a 65" inch Samsung television where you can watch your favorite programs in the air conditioning if desired.

There is also a utility room, toilet and bathroom, storage space. Once outside you will be amazed by the beautiful view over the Spanish water, swimming pool with seating area, outdoor shower, sunbed with canopy, 4 separate sunbeds, and a BBQ seating area. Via a few steps you reach the shared jetty where you can possibly moor your own dingy rubber boat that you can use unlimitedly. In short, it lacks no luxury, you will experience an unforgettable stay here.
