Lovely tropical 4-person bungalow on the garden side, located on the beautiful mini resort: Aqualife @Jan Sofat guarded residential community, located directly on the Spanish Water, ideal for water sports such as sailing, windsurfing and water skiing / wakeboarding!

Our holiday home in Jan Sofat is located in a quiet spot on the edge of the park. The park is surrounded by the Spanish Water, and has a very nice two small private beaches and boat dock The house has a nice living space, because of the height of this space you experience it as open and large.

Enjoy two small private beaches, with its own pier and communal pool. Fast wifi and private parking. Beaches (Jan Thiel), shops and restaurants are only a few minutes away by car, also 15 minutes from Willemstad.

Welcome to bungalow # 177 in Aqualife resort Jan Sofat, which rental I mediate and manage. My name is Pauline, I have been living on the island of Curaçao since 2007 and I can confess that I am a good hostess :-) and that I take good care of your stay. I am self-employed, live in Oud-Janthiel and in addition to my property management I have a practice there for massage (indoor) and yoga (outdoor), relaxing as well as therapeutic. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

25% discount on a full month rental agreement

35% discount on a three-month rental agreement

Reservation to be paid at the time of booking or :

50% deposit upon booking

50% at the latest 6 weeks before arrival

Cancellation Policy:

100% refund if cancelled up to 3 months before arrival

50% refund if cancelled up to 2 months before arrival

25% refund if cancelled up to 1 month before arrival

0% refund if cancelled zero to thirty days before arrival

Rent includes bed linen, towels, bath towels, TV, internet, cleaning 2x/month.

Rent excluding electricity and water to be charged by the metre,

and excluding final cleaning and laundry at €125.
