This villa is not part of the many villa parks that exist on the island. You rent this house including your own characteristic Curaçao Hofi, which was built and maintained by the family 25 years ago. A hofi is a piece of land where families grow vegetables, fruits, and herbs. In this Hofi you will find mangoes, pomegranate, star apples, limes, aloe vera and other fruit trees, all for your own use. There are also many different types of palm trees in the front and back garden, with coconuts in season. And there is no more beautiful tropical environment!
The layout of this holiday villa is made for convenience
The house was completely renovated in the summer of 2024 and has four large bedrooms with air conditioning, two bathrooms, an additional guest WC and an outdoor shower by the pool. The spacious living room is open all around, the porch (covered terrace) overlooks Table Mountain.
The tropical garden has a large swimming pool of 12x6 meters and a beautiful palapa (canopy of wooden poles and palm leaves) where you can enjoy lunch and dinner out of the sun. There are several cozy lounge corners in the garden, including lounge beds for sun lovers and seating in the shade.
The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with an American refrigerator with ice maker, oven/microwave, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. You can enjoy a range of TV channels on the big screen and always stay connected thanks to the good Wi-Fi in all rooms.
In addition, there is a washing machine with ironing board and iron in the storage room, in case you want to do the laundry.
Cas Grandi is located near Jan Sofat and the Spanish Water and the beaches of Mambo Beach, Caracasbaai.
Jan Thiel is a few minutes' drive away with trendy restaurants such as Zanzibar, Zest, Papagayo, the Visboer and Pop's Place, but also diving schools, fitness centers, supermarkets and a general practice are located in the vicinity.
