Beautiful apartment on a well-secured resort, where you can relax optimally. The resort has a private beach and swimming pool. There are a total of 32 apartments in four buildings and all have a view of the swimming pool and Spanish water. The apartment is fully furnished and has two bedrooms with air conditioning, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee maker.

The nice sitting-dining room has nice seating furniture with great comfort, two ceiling fans and free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment and resort. There is also private parking. From your balcony you have a beautiful view over the Spanish water. The view is especially idyllic in the evening, because all boats in the bay have their lights on. The Spanish Water Resort is quietly located close to the trendy beach clubs of Jan Thiel. In short, the ideal location to spend your holiday.

Hello, I am Annet owner of this beautiful apartment together with my husband Gert. We are very happy with this beautiful spot. I am 54 years old and have lost my heart to curacao but we are not always there and how nice is it to share that beautiful spot so that more people can enjoy that view and that peace. You can look up the crowds and retreat if you want. Relax and Enjoy that is sun Flower garden. You can also rent a car through us.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Payment term 50% upon booking the rest 8 weeks before arrival. Guests must cancel 30 days before check-in to get a full refund. If a guest cancels between 7 and 30 days, you'll get paid 50% of all nights. 

If a guest cancels less than 7 days before arrival, the rental price is owed to the landlord. Rent is excluding energy costs will be deducted from the deposit. The rental price is for two people, for each additional person 20 euros pp per day extra
