Villa Baia Branca Garden is a beautiful, spacious and attractively furnished 4 bedroom/4 bathroom villa a stone's throw from the beach of Jan Thiel.

On the private, fully walled grounds you have plenty of space for 2 cars. The style of the modern villa immediately catches the eye: sleek, white but still cozy. The fresh green of the tropical garden complete the first impression.

You enter through the spacious pool deck and the terrace. On the terrace there is a lounge set and a dining table where you can have meals overlooking the private pool. Around the pool you will find various seating areas and of course lovely sunbeds for sun worshippers.

When you step through the large glass sliding doors you enter a large living room with an open kitchen with a large cooking island. The kitchen is well equipped with all kinds of kitchen equipment such as oven, microwave, Nespresso etc. There is also a dining table in the living room so that cooking and eating together is a real pleasure. The living room has a flat screen TV with a lazy sofa and of course there is free WIFI at your disposal throughout the house and outside on the terrace.

From the living room you can enter the 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own complete bathroom with toilet en-suite and ample closet space.

In the garage there is a washing machine that you can use freely.

The supermarket is a stone's throw away and within 5 minutes you can walk to the beach of Jan Thiel Beach with all its water sports, the Beach Clubs of Papagayo and Zest and the cozy Happy-Hours on Saturday afternoon of the famous Zanzibar. In short: a wonderful holiday accommodation.

At the house you can rent a 7-person Toyota Rush / automatic (model 2023) for €69 per day with a deposit, also deductible of €500

PLEASE NOTE: from May 2025, the villa will have one floor on it with a complete, separately rentable apartment. This apartment has its own entrance, 3 bedrooms with complete bathrooms en suite, a living room with open kitchen, a large semi-covered terrace of 14x4 meters including swimming pool and super views of the area with sea views.
