Our villa has recently been attractively upgraded. This great villa guarantees fun with the whole family or 2 families of 4 people. Arriving at the remote access gate, the car can be parked in the yard. The villa has a spacious hall that extends to the living room and open kitchen. Here is a dining table for 8 people. The villa has on the ground floor a large master bedroom with a private bathroom and a king-size bed.  There are 2 more bedrooms on the ground floor with 2x2 beds of 90x200cm that are made up as a king-size bed. These bedrooms share the bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Living space outside is spacious with swimming pool, jacuzzi, pool bar with luxury Boretti BBQ and 4 sunbeds. In addition, there is a lovely lounge set, where you can enjoy the setting sun and a dining table for 8 people. This completes the patio. The living space inside has a lovely lounge sofa, TV with apple TV and firestick and a complete kitchen with Nespresso and 2 ovens / microwave and American fridge.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 40% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

Villa Salsa is a beautiful villa with private pool, luxurious amenities and unforgettable views, wonderful porches and gorgeous flower garden. The Villa is located in the district Brakkeput Abou in Spanish waters, the Caracas Bay and Jan Thiel.
