You have your own parking space for your rented car. Here you have a communal large swimming pool with a beautiful garden with tropical trees and plants with sun beds, rain shower, toilet and small bar at the pool.
The apartment has 1 bedroom with 2 pers box spring, private shower and toilet and air conditioning. 2nd bedroom has 2x 1 pers box spring, private shower and toilet and air conditioning. There is also a guest toilet and a washing machine.

Open kitchen, which is equipped with dishwasher, 4 burner gas stove, microwave, oven and fridge-freezer. The outdoor porch is 21m2 with dining table and lounge area and beautiful view of the courtyard garden with swimming pool and the table mountain in the background.
The apartment is 5 minutes from the Spanish water. 8 min from Jan Thiel and Mambo Beach. The center of Willemstad is about 10 minutes away. Within walking distance there is a supermarket and a Dutch café with a small menu and a gas station with ATM. You can also opt for an intermediate cleaning. Costs €50, you can arrange this with the manager. All this includes gas water WiFi. Excl electricity.
