The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a small-scale, secure resort. Called the cocobana resort. You have access to the resort through an automatic gate. You have your own parking space for your rented car. Here you have a large communal swimming pool with a beautiful garden with tropical trees and plants, equipped with sun beds, rain shower, BBQ area and small bar by the pool.

The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double box spring, private shower and toilet and air conditioning. 2nd bedroom has 2x single box springs, private shower and toilet and air conditioning. There is also a guest toilet and a washing machine.
It has a living room with open kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, 4-burner gas stove, oven and fridge-freezer combination. The outdoor porch is 21m2 with a dining table and lounge area and a beautiful view of the courtyard with swimming pool and Table Mountain in the background.

the apartment is 5 minutes from the Spanish water. 8 minutes from Jan Thiel and Mambo Beach. the center of willemstad is about 10 minutes away. There is a supermarket and a bar-restaurant and a gas station with ATM within walking distance. You can also opt for an intermediate cleaning. Costs €50, which you can agree with the manager.
