Bon Biní! Welcome! This is the perfect 2 bedroom apartment (approximately 80 m2) in a cozy resort (a total of 13 apartments) where you can sit on the veranda in a cozy garden and sleep after a great day on Curaçao. You don't have to walk far for the swimming pool because it is next to the apartment, just like your own parking space within the resort.

Both bedrooms are fully air-conditioned, with bed linen and with a fan. You also have comfortable queen-size beds (which can be converted into 4 single beds).
In the fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and washing machine) you also have a large refrigerator. The bathroom is practical and bath towels and beach towels are available.

Above all is its good location. You are only 8 minutes from the center and 3 minutes drive away from the beautiful/lively Mambo beach (beach and restaurants), a padel court, the Marie Pumpkin playground/park, there is a gym next to the apartment and there are 2 large supermarkets nearby.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Additional costs

Electricity is separate and levels are written down at check-in. A deposit of 250 euros will be requested upon check-in. The electricity consumption is exclusive and can be upgraded yourself.
If something breaks due to your own doing, this will be deducted from the deposit. Nevertheless, the remaining amount will be returned.

Cleaning

The cleaning costs are 98 euros per stay, if you stay in the apartment for more than a month this amount is per month. If you stay less than a month but longer than a week, a weekly cleaning is mandatory. The costs are 45 euros per week.

Cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of writtencancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
