This 'sister' of Bon Bida Biskania went into rental at the beginning of 2024! This newly built design villa gives the same warm 'home feeling'. This very spacious newly built villa with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms offers you a lot of luxury, but also warmth and coziness! The spacious, tastefully decorated living room with TV with all kinds of world channels (Dutch/German/USA/sports, etc.) and large luxury kitchen have a ceiling of 4 meters high (nice and cool) and large sliding doors that allow you to connect the outside and inside. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a ceramic hob, 2 combination ovens, dishwasher, fridge/freezer combination with ice maker with delicious ice-cold water, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer, etc.
All 4 bedrooms are spacious and equipped with a luxurious hotel double bed (separable into 2 single beds in two rooms). duvets and luxury bedding. Each bedroom has air conditioning, but also windows with mosquito nets and shutters, allowing fresh air during the day and as dark or light as you wish at night. A spacious closet with sufficient coat hangers and of course there is a safe for personal valuables. Adjacent to each bedroom is a luxurious bathroom with toilet, rain shower and hairdryer.
Private parking for 2 cars, free internet and both the house and the garden are secured by an alarm system connected to a control room which can also be activated in case of medical emergencies. The entire outdoor environment of this new villa is automatically illuminated in the evening and night. And then the porch! This is extra large, no less than 19 by 5.5 meters, with a wide staircase into the pool. On the porch there is a large super luxurious lounge set where you can spend wonderful hours, a table of 4 meters in length with 10 seats for wonderful dining, drinks and, above all, a pleasant chat about your experiences of the day. In addition, a half-height bar table where you have a nice connection with the swimming pool. You can sunbathe on the luxurious sunbeds on both sides of the private swimming pool. Of course there is also an outdoor shower here. You have a sea view from both the porch and the sun terraces!
The villa has plenty of luxurious towels and extra large beach sheets, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board that you can use free of charge. Naturally, a lot of attention is paid to hygiene in the villa. The villa is located within walking distance (500m) of Jan Thiel beach with its famous nightlife, restaurants, shops and beach bars. Mambo beach and Willemstad can be reached within 15 minutes, Hato airport within 20 minutes. With its 65 pristine dive sites, 35 (remote) beaches, many entertainment options and the rich local cuisine, Curacao offers something for everyone and an unforgettable experience. It is not without reason that many tourists return again and again. After all, Curacao has everything and, above all, sun all year round! The majority of the island's residents speak Dutch, English, Spanish and Papiamentu, a rich indigenous dialect.
This villa on Vista Royal is the perfect base to discover Curacao and enjoy it to the fullest. Jan Thiel is one of the most beautiful and popular areas of the island and is located in the south-east.
