Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The price is per night regardless of 1 or 4 people.
The price is: excl. Power, this has to be upgraded yourself.

Cancellation Policy:
If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this to the renter by e-mail. (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone)

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the written cancellation by the tenant:

* Cancellations made more than 60 days before the check-in date will be eligible for a full refund.
* Cancellations between 30 and 60 days before check-in date will be charged the full rent, minus cleaning costs and tourist tax.
* Cancellations less than 30 days before the check-in date may not be eligible for a refund unless there are exceptional circumstances (with proof of.
