The space
2 clean, fresh bedrooms, both with air conditioning, private shower, sink, large wardrobe and bed (180*200cm and 150*200cm). Separate toilet. Modern and well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and very complete range of crockery. The living room has a lovely large sofa, TV and a separate half-height table that can serve as a workplace.
The spacious private balcony overlooks the tropical garden and swimming pool. On the balcony there is a dining table and a lounge area. Everything 220v electricity with Dutch connections
Guest access
The apartment is entirely for your own use and wonderfully private. The swimming pool is shared with the other apartments.
Special attention
Especially for people with dust mite allergies, we would like to emphasize that our beds and sofa are regularly steam cleaned and the bed linen is always washed at 90 degrees or taken to the dry cleaner. There are tiles on the floor and they are cleaned thoroughly. The pillows and bedding are also anti-allergy.
Other things to pay attention to
The apartment is offered for a maximum of 4 guests and there is 1 parking space available. Because the apartment is on the 1st floor, we do not think it is very suitable for small children who can just walk and climb a bit (due to the balcony edge).
The apartment is on the 1st floor and only accessible via stairs.
Smoking is allowed outside on the balcony but not in the apartment.
PRICE IN/EXCL
- The price on Micazu includes tourist tax and excludes electricity. Due to the highly variable use per guest, we calculate this on the basis of subsequent calculation at a fixed rate of naf 0.99 KwH (so much cheaper than in the Netherlands ;-). With 'normal' use you pay around 4-8 euros per night for electricity if you use the air conditioners at night.
- We ask for a EUR 350 deposit, which you will receive back upon check-out or which can be used to settle the electricity costs.
- Interim cleaning is possible for an additional charge of EUR 35 per time. However, you have everything at your disposal to keep the apartment clean and to wash it yourself.
