A stay in the Blanku apartment guarantees an unforgettable holiday. This modern apartment is fully equipped. The interior and exterior design is a beautiful mix of stylish design and tropical Curaçao.

From the covered terrace you have a view of the rolling interior of Curaçao. After a long day of exploring the island, you can completely relax on the terrace while enjoying the setting sun. The apartment is ideally suited as a base to discover the island!

The apartment is equipped with a spacious kitchen with built-in appliances consisting of a dishwasher, induction hob, combination microwave, coffee maker and an American refrigerator with ice cube maker.

The two bedrooms can accommodate up to 4 people and both bedrooms have queen-size beds and air conditioning. The bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink is modernly equipped and offers enough space.

The most popular beaches and nicest beach clubs such as Zanzibar (Jan Thiel) and Mambo can be reached within 7-10 minutes by car.

The villa is equipped with 220v sockets and there are no inverters. You must take care of this yourself if necessary.

Your stay includes free WIFI and excludes water (€8.00 per m3) and electricity (€0.50 per kWh) consumption.

For every stay of 10 nights or longer, an interim cleaning of €75 is mandatory.

DEPOSIT
We ask for a deposit of €500 (or $550 US dollars) to be paid in cash to the host upon arrival at the house. The deposit serves for the additional costs listed below, which will be paid at check-out. The remainder of the deposit will be returned to you in cash by the host.

ADDITIONAL COSTS:

WATER & ELECTRICITY
The meter readings will be taken together with you both at check-in and check-out. After reading the meter readings, the host will deduct your included amount and if needed charge the extra costs from the deposit you paid. The rest of the deposit you will receive back.

POSSIBLE DAMAGES
We assume that everything is in order when you leave the villa, but you will be charged an amount in the event of loss, theft or damage to items that belong to the villa. In that case, if the deposit paid by you covers the damage, it will be paid via the deposit. If the deposit is not sufficient, we will be forced to report the damage via Micauz and Micazu will reimburse us for the damage via your credit card or your other payment method.

Hi! Nice that you look at my profile and want to know more about me. My name is Luc and together with my parents I own a villa and 2 apartments on beautiful Curaçao! The accommodations are brand new, they were completed at the end of 2022. If we don't use them ourselves, we rent them out.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter, for whatever reason, wishes to cancel the booking, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
