Villa 1 offers space for groups of up to 25 people, while Villa 2 is suitable for groups of up to 35 people. These accommodations are ideal for family celebrations, diving groups, company outings or other group gatherings. For smaller parties of 2-4 people, we offer comfortable 2-bedroom apartments complete with private terrace, a well-equipped kitchen and access to all resort facilities. The apartments are modernly furnished and have everything you need for a hassle-free stay, including WiFi, air conditioning and a smart TV. Our location in Cas Grandi is perfectly located for those who want to enjoy the tranquility, but at the same time explore the sights of Curaçao. You will be only 3-5 km from popular spots such as Jan Thiel Beach, Mambo Beach, diving sites, restaurants, bars and the Jan Thiel Shopping Center. Prices vary depending on the season, with lower rates in the low season (April 16 – June 30 and September 1 – December 14) and higher rates in the high season (December 1 – April 15, July 1 – August 31, and December 15 – April 15, 2025). The Christmas, Carnival, Easter and autumn holidays have an extra high season, during which demand and prices are usually higher. For early bookings, you can also take advantage of discounts and special offers, such as discounts for long-stay travellers (more than 30 days) or for bookings made more than 6 months in advance. All accommodations are fully equipped and offer sufficient comfort for a carefree stay. In the apartments you will find a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and basic cooking utensils. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and have comfortable beds, 2 of which have a queen-size bed. The daily utilities (electricity and water) are included for a number of people, and in case of excessive consumption, the costs will be calculated at the end of your stay.
