2-bedroom apartment with large swimming pool!

Wonderful stay in a safe, closed resort with a large swimming pool. In a spacious 2-bedroom apartment with all amenities and a large private balcony overlooking the swimming pool and tropical garden. Very centrally located a few minutes drive from beaches such as Jan Thiel and Mambo, supermarkets (AH and Vreugdenhil), restaurants and various activities. Free and safe parking directly at the apartment. Free WIFI!

The space
2 clean, fresh bedrooms, both with air conditioning, a private shower, sink, large wardrobe and bed (180 * 200cm and 150 * 200cm). Separate toilet. Modern and well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and a very complete range of crockery. The living room has a lovely large sofa, TV and a separate half-height table that can serve as a workplace .

The spacious private balcony has a view of the tropical garden and the swimming pool. On the balcony is the dining table and a lounge area. Everything 220v electricity.

Access for guests
The apartment is completely for your own use and wonderfully private. The swimming pool is shared with the other apartments.

Special attention
Especially for people with allergies to house dust mites, we would like to emphasize that our beds and the sofa are regularly steam cleaned and the bedding is always washed at 90 degrees or goes to the dry cleaner. There are tiles on the floor and it is cleaned well. The pillows and bedding are also anti-allergy.

Other things to watch out for
The apartment is offered for a maximum of 4 guests and there is 1 parking space available. Because the apartment is on the 1st floor, we do not think it is very suitable for small children who can just walk and climb a bit (because of the balcony edge).
The apartment is on the 1st floor and is only accessible by stairs.
Smoking is allowed outside on the balcony but not inside the apartment.

PRICE IN/EXCL

• The price on Micazu is including tourist tax and excluding electricity. Due to the strongly varying use per guest, we calculate this on the basis of subsequent calculation at a fixed rate of naf 0.99 KwH (so much cheaper than in NL ;-).
• We ask for a EUR 350 deposit, which you will receive back at check-out or which can be used to settle the electricity costs.
• Intermediate cleaning is possible at an additional cost of EUR 35 per time. However, you have everything at your disposal to keep the apartment clean and to wash yourself.
