Villa Leoni

You will feel like royalty in the Villa Leoni apartment. With 300 square meters of living space you have plenty of space. There are four bedrooms with air conditioning and comfortable box springs. Three bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom. The private pool is large enough to swim laps. From the swimming pool you can enjoy the view of the Caribbean Sea and the Spanish Water. There is super fast WiFi everywhere. The sockets are European 220V. Including gas, water and electricity.

The space
There is room for four cars to park on site behind the automatic sliding gate.

The living room has a spacious seating area with a 75-inch 4K television, a dining area for eight people and an open kitchen with island.
The four bedrooms all have a double box spring, walk-in closet, 65-inch 4K television and a desk with a decent office chair. Three of the bedrooms have a private bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Adjacent to the living room and the lower garden there are additional guest toilets.

The living room, all bedrooms and the outdoor area are equipped with WiFi access points, so you are well connected everywhere. The swimming pool is 4 by 10 meters and a maximum depth of 180cm. At the pool there is a luxurious lounge set under a sun cloth, as well as three sun beds and an outdoor shower. On the side of the house there is a dining area and gas barbecue. In addition, there are two hammocks with a view.

Guest access
The side door under the carport gives access to the entire ground floor of the villa. After entering, the sitting area is on the left and the kitchen is on the opposite side of the living room.
On the left there are two bedrooms with their own bathroom and walk-in closet. On the right is a third bedroom, also with private bathroom and walk-in closet. The third bedroom has access to the pool through French doors. The swimming pool can also be reached from outside or via the sliding glass doors at the rear of the living room.
From the swimming pool you can reach the fourth bedroom, laundry room and gym via a staircase down through the lower garden.
