LINEN & BATH TOWELS
Rates include Bed & Bath Linen. (Towel change: for stays of 7 nights or more, you will receive a towel change on day 3 or 4 completely free of charge)
UTILITIES
Electricity - Our prices include 20 kWh per day based on renting the lower level of the villa. If you rent the complete villa you will get 50kWh per day. ( Everything above will be charged €0.55 per kWh) Water - Daily 2 m3 of water per day is included. Everything above will be charged at €7.00 per extra m3.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.
NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
