Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date on which the written cancellation is received by the landlord:

In case of cancellation more than 90 days before the start of the rental period: free of charge.
In case of cancellation from 90 days to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price.
In case of cancellation from 42 days to 28 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price.
In case of cancellation from 28 days to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price.
In case of cancellation from 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price.
If the tenant only announces in writing or verbally on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
