We use a fixed rental price per night, regardless of whether this concerns a Dutch holiday period or not. The minimum rental period is 7 nights. This may be extended per night, in order to adjust the number of nights to your outward and return flight. Late check-out is possible at no extra cost.
The following costs are mandatory additional costs:
-Compulsory final cleaning: 95 euros.
-Deposit: 300 euros.
- Electricity and water according to consumption. This way everyone can use electricity and water according to their own insight and needs. The meter readings are taken by the manager at the beginning and end of your stay, and the costs are deducted from your deposit.
-2 people are included in the accommodation costs. Per extra person the rate is 10 euros pp per day.
Cancellation conditions:
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (also in case of previous telephone contact).
In the event of cancellation, the lessor will charge the following amounts, depending on the time of written cancellation from the lessee:
-cancellation more than 45 days before the start of the rental period is free of charge.
-in case of cancellation between the 45th and 21st day before the start of the rental period, we will charge 25% of the rental price.
-if canceled between the 20th and 8th day before the start of the rental period, we will charge 50% of the rental price.
-if canceled from a week before the start of the rental period or during the rental period, we will charge the full amount.
Cancellation may be necessary due to unforeseen or undesirable circumstances on your part. Even then our cancellation conditions will continue to apply. We therefore advise you to take out cancellation insurance for your stay. This can often be done in combination with your travel insurance.
