Prices are based on 4 people, surcharge € 20 p.p.p.n. Children under 2 years free.

  (electricity max. 60 KwH per day, above that € 0.55 per KwH will be charged to you. The included electricity consumption is usually not sufficient for this villa).
• Intermediate cleaning € 90 per time (mandatory after every 7 nights)
• Final cleaning € 175,- 
• Deposit € 500,-
• Duration of stay min. 7 nights (Christmas holidays min. 14 nights peak season rate)
• Max. 8 people plus max.  1 child under 2 years old
• Check-in from 16:00 - Check-out on departure day at 12:00.
• Payment term: 50% upon reservation and remainder 8 weeks before arrival date

Cancellation policy

• Cancellation is possible up to 30 days prior to arrival, in which case the customer will be refunded 50% of the total rental fee. 50% of the total rental fee is cancellation fees and any credit card processing fees incurred.
• Cancellation from 30 days before arrival: the full rent is due. All deposits paid so far are non-refundable, except that your deposit will be returned.
• If the customer leaves before the agreed departure date, no part of the rental price will be refunded. Only your deposit will be refunded after deduction of costs.
• Cancellations must be made in writing.
• In case of no-shows, delays and early departures, there will be no refund of the rental. Therefore, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance and travel insurance.
