Indien huurder om welke reden dan ook het gehuurde op de afgesproken datum niet kan, wil of zal aanvaarden, dient hij verhuurder hiervan onmiddellijk in kennis te stellen. Een telefonische mededeling hiervan dient altijd schriftelijk of per email te worden bevestigd aan verhuurder.Indien de huurder de overeenkomst annuleert in de periode tot 6 weken vóór de begindatum van de huurperiode, blijft hij 30% van de huurprijs verschuldigd; bij annulering tot 4 weken 40% en vanaf 2 weken tot aan de begindatum van de verhuurperiode 50%.Indien de huurder pas op de begindatum of tijdens de huurperiode meedeelt géén gebruik (meer) van het gehuurde te zullen maken, blijft hij de volledige huurprijs verschuldigd.
