Your stay includes electricity and water within a reasonable consumption level. To ensure fair use, we use the following guidelines:
Per day included: 20 kWh electricity
Per stay included: 2 m³ water
With normal use, 20 kWh of electricity per day is more than enough for a comfortable stay. If consumption exceeds these quantities, the following rates apply:
€ 0.30per extra kWh of electricity
€4.50 per extra m³ of water
For your stay we ask for a deposit of € 175. Any additional consumption of electricity and water will be deducted from this deposit at check-out.
