Casa Rietje

The accommodation is our beautiful, recently completely renovated, spacious and detached holiday home Casa Rietje!

The entire holiday home is on one level with 2 bedrooms at the front upon entering. box spring (180x200), air conditioning and sufficient cupboard space and storage options. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with toilet, double sink and walk-in shower with thermostatic tap.

The master suite is located at the rear of the house, so you have a sea view from your bed. This room has a double bed. box spring (180x200), air conditioning, sufficient cupboard space and storage options. This room has an en-suite bathroom with toilet, double sink and walk-in shower with thermostatic tap.

The open living room is fully equipped; Smart TV with soundbar, ceiling fan, Bose box with mobile connection (Iphone), lounge sofa, china cabinet and a bookcase with various games.

The open kitchen has a fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher and combi oven, coffee maker (filter) and a Dolce Gusto, as well as a kettle and blender. Other kitchen equipment can be found in the china cupboard. The dining table offers space for 4 people and can also be used as a workplace.

Through the fully sliding facade you reach the veranda/sun terrace (100m2) with private swimming pool (6x4), outdoor shower, sun beds and parasols. There is also a dining table suitable for 6 people, a separate seating area and a BBQ.

At the front of the house there is another terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful garden out of sight of the quiet road. The laundry room is located at the carport with washing machine, clothes rack and ironing facilities. An extra fridge/freezer combination is also at your disposal in this room. The laundry can also hang in the wind on the side of the house.

The beach, restaurants, Spa center etc. are located in the Coral Estate Center and 600 meters away from our house.

Recent renovations to Casa Rietje; enlargement of the sun terrace with anti-slip natural stone tiles, canopy for more shade, fully opening sliding doors and new window frames with shutters for a nice, cool house. An outdoor shower has also been installed and all 3 bedrooms have new box-spring beds. The outside of the house has been given a new, fresh color and the inside, including the bedrooms, has also had a new color. A completely new kitchen was installed in October 2022.
