Enjoy the pool or sunbathe on the large pool deck on a lovely beach chair. If it gets too hot, crawl under the shady palapa and enjoy the view from the white hammock chair. The villa is suitable for 8 people and has 4 bedrooms. The villa consists of 2 floors and is located on the secured park Coral Estate, close to the most beautiful beaches of Curacao!
Villa Witsand has recently been renovated and therefore this villa has a wonderfully sleek and modern appearance. The villa looks friendly from the road.
The terrace at the front of the villa has an outdoor table with high stools.
This front also gives access to the beautiful large living room with lounge sofa and beautiful wooden open kitchen that is fully equipped, such as a large refrigerator with the option to tap cold water and ice blocks. This is tastefully decorated in a beach/bohemian style. The high beamed ceiling gives the room an extra dimension.
Next to the living room is the spacious master bedroom, which has a private bathroom with toilet and many closets with storage space for your clothes.
Through the patio doors of the living room you will reach the porch at the rear of the villa. Here is a large dining table for 8 people and a lovely lounge sofa with beautiful sea views.
From the porch you walk onto the pool deck where the private pool is located, on the pool deck are lovely sunbeds. If it gets too hot, you can sit under the palapa.
If you walk down from the front of the house you have access to the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom are white and sleek with a touch of bohemian style and can both use the adjacent spacious bathroom.
This ground floor floor also has a beautifully furnished living room with patio doors leading to the terrace. This terrace has a lovely seating area where you can enjoy the sunset from your chair.
Next to the living room is the 4th bedroom which has its own bathroom and TV. The bedroom has patio doors and overlooks the sea.
This terrace has a spiral staircase up to the pool deck. (will be realized at the end of December)
The detached beach villa is located in the Banda Abou region, the 24/7 secured luxury resort Coral Estate, which used to be the old Rif St. Marie plantation. There is peace here and you live in the middle of nature with a view of the Caribbean Sea.
