Accommodation is our beautiful, recently completely renovated, spacious and detached holiday home Casa Rietje!
The entire holiday home is on the ground floor with 2 bedrooms at the front with 2 people. Box spring (180x200), air conditioning and sufficient cupboard space and storage options. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with toilet, double sink and walk-in shower with thermostatic tap.
The master suite is located at the rear of the house, so sea views from your bed. This room is equipped with a 2-pers. Box spring (180x200), air conditioning, sufficient cupboard space and storage options. This room has an en-suite bathroom with toilet, double sink and walk-in shower with thermostatic tap.
The open plan living room is fully equipped; Smart TV with soundbar, ceiling fan, lounge sofa, china cabinet and a bookcase with various games.
In the open kitchen there is a fridge / freezer, dishwasher and combi oven, coffee maker (filter) and a Dolce Gusto and also a kettle and blender. Other kitchen appliances can be found in the china cabinet. The dining table seats 4 people and can also be used as a workplace.
Through the fully sliding façade you enter the veranda / sun terrace (100m2) with private swimming pool (6x4), outdoor shower, sunbeds and umbrellas. There is also a dining table suitable for 6 people, a separate seat and a BBQ.
At the front of the house is a terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful garden out of sight of the quiet road. The laundry room is located at the carport with washing machine, drying rack and ironing facilities. An extra fridge freezer combination is also available in this room. The laundry can also hang in the wind on the side of the house.
The beach, restaurants, Spa center etc are located in the Coral Estate Center and 600 meters away from our house.
Recent renovations to Casa Rietje; enlargement of the sun terrace with anti-sludge natural stone tiles, canopy for more shade, fully openable sliding doors and new window frames with shutters for a nice, cool house. There is also an outdoor shower and all 3 bedrooms are equipped with new box spring beds. The outside of the house has been given a new, fresh color and the inside including the bedrooms have also been given a new color. In October 2022, a completely new kitchen was installed.
