We are proud to present you our beautiful modern villa with panoramic land and sea views.

The stylish villa has recently been completely renovated and has a private infinity swimming pool, a palapa on stilts among the greenery, a very large sun terrace and two higher terraces with outdoor shower and hammock. The house has been completely newly furnished and styled in an elegant Bohemian Ibiza-like atmosphere, creating a relaxed vibe.
It offers a spacious open plan living room that opens onto the terrace with a comfortable lounge set and a large dining table with seating for 6 people.
There is a master bedroom with walk-in closet and private bathroom. The two other double bedrooms share the other bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
You can prepare meals in the new fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, American fridge and freezer with ice maker, etc. There is also an outdoor kitchen with a large Green Egg BBQ and there are local restaurants can be found within a 5-minute drive.

The location of the villa is ideally centrally located on the island. Villa SeruGrandi is a 15-minute drive from the most beautiful natural beaches of Curacao and the center of Willemstad.

The area is ideal for fishing and water sports such as kayaking, snorkeling and diving. Curacao International Airport is just a 5-minute drive away and Christoffel National Park is 18 km away.

Grote Berg is located on the quiet side of the capital Willemstad in beautiful green surroundings.
Willemstad, with its nice city spots, is within easy reach, as is Westpunt with its beautiful rugged nature.

My name is Nikolien and in 2020 my partner and I were on Curacao for the first time. We then got our diving license and fell in love with the underwater and abovewater world of the island, especially the west side where there are beautiful natural bays and beaches.
Curacao has captivated us so much that we now have several houses for rent on the island. We would be pleased to welcome you to one of these accommodations.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
