Both at the front and at the rear, the villa has a spacious porch to enjoy the fantastic outdoors all day long. Enjoy breakfast, drinks or a nice BBQ outside on the BBQ that is at your disposal. Take a refreshing dip in the private pool, relax on the lounger or in the underwater seating area while enjoying a drink. Even when night falls, you can still enjoy swimming in the beautifully lit swimming pool.

And if you want to go out, the first beach is Daaibooi Beach, a 12-minute drive from the villa. Shopping? Then schopping mall Sambil is nearby or you can drive on to Willemstad to stroll through the streets and have a drink. For the best ice cream on the island, drive to Gelati Bella Italia in Zuikertuintje Mall.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The price mentioned is based on an occupancy of up to 4 people. Each additional person is € 10.00 p.p.p.n. to be paid when booking directly to the landlord.

Additional costs to be paid directly to the landlord when booking are:
  • Tourist tax 7%
  • Final cleaning from € 150
  • Water and electricity according to consumption, will be charged afterwards
  • Deposit at least € 500
Optional to be paid when booking directly to the landlord:
  • Late check-out € 100 (if possible)
  • Intermediate cleaning € 75
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total amount (excluding deposit)
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the total amount (excluding deposit)
Cancellation less than 60 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of
the total sum (excluding deposit)
If the tenant announces on the arrival date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, the tenant will still owe the full total sum (excluding deposit).

Grote Berg is centrally located on the island, only 10 minutes from the airport. You can drive to Willemstand in 15-20 minutes. In about the same time you can drive to the most beautiful beaches of Curaçao! A large supermarket is located 10 minutes away.

At the rear of the villa you have a lovely tropical garden.
The outdoor kitchen with Green Egg can be found under the large palapa.
From the sundeck you have a beautiful view over the bay.
Around the pool you will find 6 lovely sunbeds.
The lounge palapa is located on the side of the villa.
Within 5 minutes you can walk to one of the two private beaches.
There are 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Here you see one of the 2 smaller bedrooms.
The front of the kitchen can be completely opened, so that you have nice contact with the outside when you are cooking.
We have carefully selected the tiles in the bathroom. Here you see the beautiful Bera&Beren tiles.

From the pool you can walk straight into the tropical garden via the stairs.
In the pool you also have a nice lounge platform. You don't have to go completely under water to be able to cool down!
