Cas Allure (nice on the wind)

Cas Allure is a beautiful spacious detached villa with a large private swimming pool (8 x 4 meters) and outdoor shower. From the living room and the porch you have a fantastic view over the Caribbean Sea and the nature reserve where a number of exotic birds live such as the Warawara, Trupial and the green/yellow dwarf garas (parrots).

Cas Allure is centrally located on the island, in the Grote Berg district. Beautiful beaches such as Porte Marie, Karakter, Kokomo, Blue Bay, Cas Abou are close by, Playa Piscada is a little further but there you can swim among the sea turtles, which is a unique experience. Willemstad with its breathtakingly beautiful pontoon bridge is about a 10-15min drive away. Grote Berg is a quiet and safe neighborhood, on the less crowded side of Curaçao. So don't stand in traffic jams towards the beaches, Willemstad or just go home again.  

What we are very proud of is our swimming pool. The pool water is purified in a natural way by means of salt and magnesium minerals. This application makes the water extremely soft and clear, and does not irritate eyes and skin. It is actually very good for your skin. At the pool there are 2 sun loungers, 2 deck chairs and a lounge set to enjoy the pool, sea view and each other. 

The house has 3 bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. There are 2 bathrooms with toilet and rain shower and hot water (this is not available in many holiday homes on Curaçao).

The villa is fully equipped with a dishwasher, large refrigerator, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, combination microwave, hob, WIFI, BBQ, etc. We use a "late departure rental" ie. that you can stay in the house until the departure to the airport.
WIFI is available unlimited, so you  can watch Netflix and other streaming services on your i-pad or laptop.
There is a washing machine in the storage room.

Over the entire width of the house on the pool side is a veranda (porch) with spacious lounge set and 6-person dining table. There is a luxurious gas barbecue on the veranda, so you can prepare the tastiest dishes. 

In short, a wonderful holiday villa, equipped with all conveniences and close to all amenities. So that you can enjoy a great holiday on the fine island.
