Cas Yuana is a detached Curacao's vacation home, simply furnished but comfortable. A living room, 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a (partly covered) porch. And a swimming pool, of course. A breathtaking view over the Caribbean Sea and a garden with a cool palapa. The house is very suitable for 4 people but can accommodate up to 6 people. You can get to the front door by car and the house is easily accessible for those who have difficulty walking. A wonderful house to relax in a quiet area with a beach and 3 restaurants within walking distance.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The rental price shown does not include the costs for water and electricity use. The rental price applies to an occupancy of up to 4 people. Tenants 5 and 6 pay a fixed rate per person, per week.

Bath, bed, kitchen linen and tourist tax is included in the price.

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
