Welcome to Dushi Kas, a spacious and attractive villa located in the quiet area of Harmonie, near Grote Berg on Curaçao. Here you can enjoy plenty of space, privacy and the wonderful outdoors of Curaçao.
Dushi Kas is ideal for families, friends or couples who go on holiday together. The accommodation consists of a spacious main villa with three bedrooms and a separate studio with jacuzzi. Outside you will find a lovely private pool, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, a dining table and a comfortable lounge. From the upper floor you can also enjoy a beautiful view towards the sea.
Space & comfort
Upon arrival, you can easily park your car under the covered carport. From here you enter the villa.
On the ground floor is the spacious, fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for yourself during your holiday. Thanks to the large sliding doors, the kitchen is directly connected to the outdoor area, making it easy to walk from inside to outside.
Inside you will find a cozy dining table and a comfortable living space with air conditioning and ceiling fan. For longer stays, there is a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Bedrooms & bathrooms
There are three bedrooms on the upper floor.
The master bedroom is spacious and comfortable and features its own ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet and large sliding doors to the balcony. Open the doors, step outside and enjoy the Caribbean air and the view.
The remaining two bedrooms share a second bathroom and are ideal for children, family members or friends.
The ultimate in outdoor living
The outdoors is an important part of Dushi Kas. On the upper floor there is a spacious outdoor area with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, dining table and comfortable lounge set.
Start the day quietly with a cup of coffee in the morning sun, prepare a delicious meal in the outdoor kitchen in the evening or enjoy a drink together as the sun slowly sets.
In between, you can take a refreshing dip in the private mineral/magnesium pool and enjoy the view towards the sea.
Separate studio with private jacuzzi
There is a separate studio on the ground floor. This studio is ideal for guests who want some extra privacy, for example a couple, family members or friends within the travel party.
The studio features a private sleeping area and a private jacuzzi. A wonderful place to relax after a day on Curaçao.
Stay with up to 8 people
The standard nightly rate of Dushi Kas is based on a maximum of 6 people.
Do you want to stay with 7 or 8 people? That is possible. The extra guests can then use the separate studio on the ground floor.
For each person over 6 people there is an extra charge per person per night. For a stay with 7 or 8 people, the studio is therefore used as an extra sleeping space, so that everyone can stay comfortably.

Dushi Kas is located in the quiet area of Harmonie, near Grote Berg. The location is ideal for those who want to find peace and quiet during their holidays, but at the same time want to discover the island easily.
Grote Berg is centrally located on Curaçao, so you can easily reach different parts of the island from the villa. You can easily drive towards Willemstad, the beaches on the southwest coast and the beautiful nature and beaches towards Westpunt.
In the area you will find several supermarkets, restaurants and other facilities. The airport is also easily accessible.
Beach lovers can visit Kokomo Beach, Daaibooi, Cas Abao and Porto Mari, among others. Do you want to spend a day in the city? Then Willemstad and the popular neighborhoods such as Pietermaai, Mambo Beach and Jan Thiel are also easily accessible by car.
