The house includes a living room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms of which the master bedroom with private bathroom and a guest bedroom with 2nd bathroom are located on the ground floor. On the upper floor is the third bedroom with patio doors to the balcony where you have a great view of the sea!
The bedrooms are all equipped with air conditioning.
Through the kitchen or through the carport you enter a spacious covered back porch with an outdoor kitchen and a barbecue.
From here you have a view of the swimming pool + outdoor shower and the beautifully landscaped tropical garden. The many tropical plants provide the cozy atmosphere and a variety of birds.
This property is perfect for the outdoors in Curaçao!
At the back of the garden is a lovely lounge area where you can sit/lie down to relax.
The entire garden and the swimming pool are beautifully lit at night, which creates a special atmosphere.
There is also a washing machine available.
There is an alarm with forwarding to a control room and a safe in the house.
Furthermore, the kitchen is well equipped and most of the obvious things are available (oven, microwave, coffee maker and Senseo, blender, juicer, toaster, Croquemachine, American refrigerator, dishwasher, stove,...)
Towels, beach towels and sheets for the bed are available and you can change them as needed.
No pets allowed! You can also rent our new luxury SUV Toyota Rush (up to 7 people) at 50 EUR/day. You don't have to pay for an airport transfer. Deposit to be paid for the car: 500 EUR

We spent our holiday in Curaçao for the first time in November 2016 and we were immediately "sold". We have started looking forward to buying a property until we saw this house in early 2018. This was completely to our liking and exactly what we were looking for. Here we will spend our holidays from now on! The rest of the year we wish to let other people enjoy our paradise under the sun.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The basic price is 135 EUR/night and 160 EUR/night in high season.
High season = from 09/07 to 26/08.
Christmas and New Year period: EUR 175/night (minimum stay 14 days).
The price per night is based on a stay of 4 people. An extra person will be charged EUR 15/night.
The minimum length of stay is 5 nights.

When booking, we ask for confirmation of 40% of the entire rent, at the latest 4 weeks before your departure date, the balance must be on our account. If you cancel at least 6 months before departure, your advance will be fully refunded. If you cancel at least 2 months in advance, you will receive a 75% refund. If you cancel 1 month in advance, you will receive a 50% refund. We do not give a refund if you cancel less than 1 month in advance. We therefore recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
