Deposit

We ask for a deposit of €200. This will be deducted from water and electricity consumption on departure and if a remainder has been refunded to the account.

Apartment water consumption

Water is very precious on Curaçao because drinking water is extracted from seawater. For the water consumption in the apartments, we charge €8.95 per 1 m³, rounded off in units of 0.5 m³.*

Electricity apartment

Unnecessary use of air conditioning is the biggest cause of high electricity consumption. For the electricity consumption in the apartments we charge €0.49 per kWh.*

* The meter readings will be taken in your presence at the start and end of your stay. The costs for water and electricity will be deducted from the deposit on departure. If the consumption is higher than the deposit, we will charge this.

Tourist tax

On the base overnight price of €79.50, 7% tourist tax/OB applies.

Final cleaning

The final cleaning of the apartment is €49.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before arrival, a full refund will be made for what has been paid.

Afterwards, we can no longer be held liable for the amount you have already paid.

We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
