Welcome, bon bini in Curacao!
And welcome to Marazul Dive Resort. On this beautiful and restful Resort is located our apartment which consists of two levels. Fully equipped including air conditioning, mosquito nets, flat, internet, hot water etc.
The Resort is small and is located at West Point in Banda Abou.
The apartment has stunning views over the Caribbean Sea.

Sunbathe by the pool, take a dip in the Caribbean Sea
or dive into one of the most beautiful coral reefs, it is all at Marazul Dive Resort.

Snorkelling here is breathtaking. A day at the beach is just around the corner, where numerous beautiful bays.
Like Playa Kalki or Grote Knip and do not forget Cas Abao Beach not! The first beach here is 400 meters away yet.

It is advisable to rent a car to explore all the beauty of Curacao.
Definitely a must is to visit the Christoffel Park with your car.
This park is from ten minutes here.
And so, Curaçao has many more special places to enjoy!

There is much to do in the area of ??Curaçao. Certainly at West Point where Marazul is localized and its beautiful sights that are worth. As the Boka's, Christoffel Park and several houses. Also the beaches of Banda Abou (west of Curacao) the most beautiful beaches.

reserve
Using the calendar under the button [Book / Availability] You can submit an application to the landlord for the apartment and a given rental period. A definite reservation be made in writing via email. This way of booking is binding for both you and the landlord. The landlord of the reservation will be within 5 days from date of request by e-mail attachment to you. Are you within 14 days after the application is not in possession of an invoice, you should contact the landlord via email.

price
The prices on our website is not legally binding. The landlord reserves the right to change these prices right if necessary. On booking you will be notified right price. The end of the confirmation / invoice price quoted is binding.

Payment
By reservation will be charged the full amount. Payment thereof shall be made within 14 days after the invoice date stated on the confirmation / invoice. Only after we have received your payment, your reservation is complete. In case of late or incomplete payment, the landlord is entitled to cancel the reservation. If the reservation is canceled, the owner will send you a written confirmation by email. Already paid fees will not be refunded. If the full amount is not paid, penalty will be charged. You need to take care of a cancellation.

deposit
You must pay a deposit of € 500-, as it is stated in the calculation of the invoice. The cost of any damages and / or to the rented apartment, the interior thereof and / or the environment caused by the tenant or one of his guests, are deducted from the deposit or if no deposit is paid, a invoice prepared and sent via the mail.Als no damage is caused refunded your deposit within 8 weeks of your departure. cancellation

Pets
Bringing a pet is not allowed.

Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment to make everyone happy.
Provide apartment and surrounding area.
The rented apartment must be occupied with due care and diligence, taking into account the rest of the area. If the tenant does not like a good tenant gedraagtof severe annoyance or nuisance to the surroundings, can he / she be denied further access to the apartment, without being able to claim a refund of the rent. If the tenant causes damage to the rented apartment, the surrounding areas and / or inventory, this right should be reported to the landlord. Water, gas and electricity.

Maximum number of persons

Arrival and departure
The apartment can engage on the day of arrival from 15.00 and you need the latest on the day of departure to leave 12.00. Other times can be agreed in consultation with the landlord. The landlord here will bring additional costs to be charged. (See website)

cleaning
The landlord brings you a final cleaning for the entire apartment into account. This is mentioned on your bill. During your stay you need to clean the apartment.
