Casa Kiki is a cozy holiday home in a quiet neighborhood, cul-de-sac, near the most beautiful beaches and bays of Curaçao.

Grote Berg is centrally located on the narrowest part of the island and a 15-minute drive from the city. The house has a large private garden with private swimming pool 7m x 4m, outdoor shower, spacious sun terrace, four-poster bed, hammock under the trees, large porch with cozy sitting area, large dining table, as well as an outdoor kitchen with gas  barbecue and hot plate. So you have all the privacy and luxury that you really appreciate in your holiday!

We have recently completely rebuilt and renovated the house ourselves, the interior is also completely new! The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and separate guest toilet. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, all bedrooms have air conditioning. New shutter windows with mosquito nets everywhere, these can remain open day and night, so that the wind can blow through the house. New fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, large fridge and freezer, washing machine, dishwasher,  electric oven,  microwave, nespresso coffee machine, walk-through coffee machine, electric milk frother, air fryer, toaster, electric griddle, mixer, blender,...

The garden is landscaped with tropical plants and palm trees, gives a cozy atmosphere! A large part of the year you can enjoy delicious mangoes from our own beautiful mango tree!

She takes care of the check-in and check-out of the guests, she is also the point of contact during your stay. You can also contact her for renting a car, snorkeling equipment or diving trips, massage or a chef at home, she can arrange it all for you.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Final cleaning at the end of your stay you pay a one-time fee of 135 euros, this amount will be deducted from your booking. If you want an interim cleaning including linen, you can indicate this in time to our caretaker Brigitte, the costs are 90 euros, to be paid on the spot. 

The prices indicated do not include the use of electricity and water, which will be deducted from the deposit based on consumption. 

The price per night is based on a stay of 2 people. For each additional person, 20 euros/night will be charged. The minimum stay is 6 nights.
