Our property, built in 2022, is located on the beautiful and quiet villa park Fontein, a secure park on the quiet side of the island. Close to the most beautiful beaches, it is the perfect place to enjoy your holidays in peace. The name Casa Colori Curaçao is inspired by the beautiful colors that the island has to offer: from the lively houses, the blue water to the colorful population and the exuberant flora and fauna.
About the property:
- Area: 120 m²
A cozy living room with a TV with Chromecast, a Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker, and direct access to the large porch through two spacious folding doors. This space is ideal for relaxing together after a day of adventure.
Kitchen:
The fully equipped open kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals. With a 4-burner ceramic hob, combi oven, dishwasher, and an American fridge with ice cubes and cold water. Coffee lovers can choose between a Senseo and a Dolce Gusto machine. There is also a kettle, toaster, and blender available. Of course there is plenty of crockery, cutlery and pans available.
Bedrooms:
- Master bedroom: This room has a spacious 2-person box spring (180x200 cm), air conditioning, fan, shutter windows with mosquito nets, and a large linen closet. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink with mirror, so you can enjoy full comfort
- Second bedroom: This room is also equipped with a 2-person box spring (180x200 cm), air conditioning, fan, shutter windows with mosquito nets, and a spacious linen closet. This room is perfect for a second couple or family members who want to stay in luxury.
- Third bedroom: Furnished with two 1-person box spring beds (90x200 cm), air conditioning, fan, shutter windows with mosquito nets, and plenty of storage space in the linen closet. Ideal for children or friends traveling together.
Two bathrooms, both equipped with a walk-in shower (hot water), toilet, and sink with mirror. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
Garden and outdoor space:
- A beautiful garden with a private pool and comfortable sunbeds to fully enjoy the sun.
- A spacious porch with a table for 8 people where you can eat outside.
- A cozy bistro seat for intimate conversations or a cup of coffee in the morning.

Casa Colori is located in an ideal location within Villapark Fontein, an exclusive and 24/7 guarded park that is only accessible through a secure barrier. The park offers a safe and peaceful environment, perfect for a relaxing stay. Just a few steps away are some of Curaçao's most beautiful beaches, such as Cas Abou, Playa Porto Marie, and Daaibooi. For adventurous guests, the rougher Westpunt and the Christoffelberg are about 20 minutes' drive away. In addition, there are several excellent restaurants in the immediate vicinity, while the nearby village of Tera Cora offers convenient amenities such as a supermarket, bakery, doctor, pharmacy and ATM.
Points:
- Smoking is not allowed in the villa.
- Please note: The pool is only safe for children who can swim well and are in possession of a swimming certificate. Always ensure adequate supervision.
- Holding parties or other (nightly) gatherings is not allowed. In case of violation, you can be removed by the security of the park. Our house is only rented to registered guests.
- Villapark Fontein is still under development, so construction work may take place.
