The house was built in 2022 and is located on the beautiful, quiet, secured villa park Fontein. This park is located on the quiet side of the island. Close to the most beautiful beaches. So you can enjoy your holiday in peace. We have thought carefully about the name of our house, we love the beautiful colors that you encounter everywhere on the island, such as the colors of the houses, the blue of the sea, the colorful population, the beautiful flora and fauna and that brought us to the name Casa Colori Curaçao.
The house has an area of 120m2, has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, an open kitchen with various (built-in) appliances and an American fridge, a cozy living room which can be directly connected to the large porch with 2 large folding doors where you can sit comfortably. In the garden there is a private swimming pool with sun beds. In the garden there is also a palapa of 5x3 meters under which you can sit, enjoy and relax on the lounge sofa. There is parking for 2 cars at the front of the house.
The villa is equipped with 220v/50hz connections with European sockets.
The living area:
Here is the living room and kitchen. The living room has 2 large folding doors that take you to the porch. The living room has a cozy sitting area, a sideboard, TV with Chromecast, a Harman Kardon bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, American fridge with cold water and ice cubes, combi oven, toaster, Senseo coffee maker and kettle. Crockery, cutlery and pans are widely available.
Bedrooms:
All three bedrooms have box spring beds, two rooms have a double box spring of 1.80x2.00 m and one bedroom has 2 box spring beds of 90x2.00 m. All bedrooms have air conditioning and shutter windows with mosquito nets and a linen closet. Linen is of course sufficiently available.
Bathrooms:
Both bathrooms have a walk-in shower with hot water, a toilet and a sink with mirror.
Storage/laundry room:
This is equipped with a washing machine and storage space.
The porch:
On the large porch you can sit at the large table of 2.80 mtr with 8 chairs or at the cozy bistro seat.
The palapa:
In the garden is a palapa of 5x3mtr. Under the palapa is a lounge sofa where you can relax in the shade and "on the wind".
Area:
There are plenty of beautiful beaches in the area. The beach of Cas Abou is literally around the corner and less than a 10-minute drive will take you to Playa Porto Marie, Daaibooi and many other beautiful beaches. Towards Westpunt, the rougher part of the island, you can also find beautiful spots and beaches. There are several good restaurants in the area. The Christoffelberg is about a 20-minute drive away and is well worth a visit. The park is only accessible via a barrier and there is 24/7 security.
In Tera Cora, a nearby village, you will find various facilities such as a bakery, supermarket, gas station, pharmacy, doctor and an ATM. In addition, there are several restaurants in the vicinity of the park.
