Casa Garden Oasis is a wonderfully atmospheric holiday home.
It is completely private surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden with various opportunities to relax. Both on the porch, by the pool or under the palapa. It is wonderfully quiet in a hoje and very centrally located on the island, close to the most beautiful beaches, various restaurants, but also to the center. There are 3 bedrooms in the house, 1 of which is especially for children. Including the apartment suitable for 6 adults and 2 children. The apartment is also equipped with a complete outdoor kitchen overlooking the palapa and pool.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
