This modern, tastefully decorated villa is located in Villapark Fontein. This house was built to enjoy the outdoors to the maximum and has a lovely tropical garden with many fruit trees. The wooden shutters allow the wind to blow through the house, so it never gets hot. The veranda is on the wind and in the shade and covers the entire width of the house.
It is a wonderfully cozy, cozy house.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, combination microwave and fully equipped with everything needed to prepare any meal.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 100%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
