This property has 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The house has 2 very spacious porches on both sides of the house, so that there is always a cooling place to be found. All windows have shutters with mosquito nets in front of them.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable or unwilling to accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must inform the landlord immediately. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 50%.
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

Water and electricity will be deducted from the deposit after consumption.
