Villa Tilu

Villa Tilu is a beautiful new home completed in May 2024. The house is located on Villapark Fontein (secure park). The shutters throughout the house allow the wind to blow through, making for a cooler home. Thanks to the mosquito nets at all windows and doors, no insects come in when the shutters are open. The beautiful high ceilings also provide an extra feeling of space.

Since there is construction on the plot next to ours, there is a discount for the entire month of January. Expected to be completed in February 2025.

Living room:

The living room (28m2) is equipped with a 50" LG 4K TV. The regular Dutch channels and streaming services such as Netflix can be watched on this. The sofa bed creates an extra sleeping place for 2 people. The topper and bedding can be found when the sofa is unfolded. The kitchen is part of the whole and equipped with a combination microwave, refrigerator, extractor hood, dishwasher, nespresso machine, kettle and induction stove with 4 cooking zones. There is also a cool box in the house so that drinks and snacks can be kept cool on the beach. The JBL box can be used so that music can be enjoyed in and around the house. 

Master bedroom:

The master bedroom (11m2) has a king-size bed size 180x200. There are also two bedside tables including lighting. The walk-in closet (3m2) has a spacious wardrobe and storage space to store suitcases if necessary. Here is the high chair that can be used as well as ironing board and iron. There is also a safe in the wardrobe where valuables can be stored.

Bathroom in master bedroom:

This spacious bathroom (7m2) has a shower, sink, mirror and toilet. There is also a rack for towels and other toiletries. Behind the mirror is also a space to store things.

Second bedroom:

This bedroom (11m2) has two single beds of 90x200, a spacious wardrobe, two bedside tables with bedside lamp and a rack to put towels and other items. The beds can be placed against each other to create a double bed. The T piece that ensures that the mattresses form a whole is in the wardrobe.

Bathroom in second bedroom:

This bathroom (5m2) has a shower, sink mirror and toilet. Here too there is a space behind the mirror to store things.

Porch and garden:

Under the veranda there is plenty of space to relax when the sun is shining just too hard, or in the evening to look at the illuminated pool and relax through the rustling palm leaves. There is a spacious table with six chairs and two sunbeds to lie by the pool. In addition, a hammock is available. The garden has all kinds of native plants such as the church palm, green silver plants and bougainvillea. In the storage room is the cool box that can be used. Because of the gravel section, several cars can be placed on private property. There is also a washer / dryer combination and drying rack in the storage room and some attributes for the pool. The Weber barbecue should not be missing and can be used free of charge. 

Private pool:

This 6x3 meter pool has a lounger in the pool and is easily accessible via the stairs. In the evening, the pool can be illuminated inside by means of the light switch. One set of armbands is available and may be used.
