It is a beautiful and attractively furnished 8-person villa, with private pool and a fantastic view over the Caribbean Sea! The resort and the house are guarded 24/7 (including by cameras) and are about a 20-minute drive from Willemstad. 
Close to the most beautiful beaches of the island, such as Daaibooi, Port Marie, Cas Abou and Grote Knip!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • cancellation more than 60 days before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • Cancellation between the 60th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

There is a nice gallery around the whole house, which keeps the house nice and cool!
