A53 - Villa Rulfina - is a spacious house, not luxurious (no dishwasher), but comfortable, with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and 3 toilets. Practically furnished living room. The two large bedrooms have air conditioning and a spacious wardrobe. Mosquito nets available. The third, smaller room, has air conditioning and a made bed. 
Beach equipment is stored in the closet of the 2nd bedroom: snorkeling gear and beach towels. Maximum for 4 people. NB.  A53 is only offered inclusive with the car (Kia Picanto automatic 2020).   
The swimming pool is 4x4 and is located against the porch. It is accessible via a gate in the balustrade. This increases safety with regard to small children. Garden with many oleanders. 
Palapa of 4x4, with lounge set, hammock and  (foldable) sun loungers.
For a baby there  is a camping baby cot and 2 car seats  available.

The daily price  € 98 or weekly price € 686  (including car, Kia Picanto) for the whole year.

My name is Nilo Sneper. For years, my wife and I have enjoyed our house, A53, at Villapark Fontein. I now live in the park in the winter. The rest of the year - about mid-May/early November, the house is available to tenants. Serves 4
