Welcome to our beautiful holiday villa at Villapark Fontein, located on the enchanting island of Curaçao. The villa was completed in July 2023 and has an area of approximately 100m2. The garden covers an area of approximately 500m2 and is equipped with a lovely private swimming pool of 5x3m. The villa park itself offers 24/7 security, so that you can enjoy your stay in peace.

The house offers 3 bedrooms with wonderfully comfortable box spring beds (2 bedrooms have a box spring of 160 cm and 1 bedroom has 2 separate box spring beds of 80 cm) and all have air conditioning. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower, sink and hanging toilet. With the open kitchen equipped with a combi oven, dishwasher, electric hob and large fridge with freezer, our spacious villa offers all the comfort you could wish for.

There is a Smokey Joe BBQ in the garden, so you can prepare the most delicious dishes and enjoy outdoor cooking. Bed linen and towels are already provided. If you don't want to use the air conditioning, you can rest easy: all windows have shutters with mosquito nets, so you can enjoy the Caribbean breeze.

On the porch you will find a dining table for 6 people, perfect for cozy meals in the open air. In addition, there is a comfortable lounge set where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful view. At the pool there are 2 sun beds and 4 lounge chairs and you can enjoy the shade of the palapa.

In the storage room there is a washing machine for small laundry, so you can enjoy a fresh stay for longer.

Our villa is ideally located, just a stone's throw from the breathtaking beaches of Cas Abou and Daaibooi. Enjoy the soft white sand and crystal clear water as you relax under the Caribbean sun. These paradisiacal beaches offer the perfect opportunity to swim, snorkel and enjoy the spectacular view.

For your convenience, the first supermarket is only 15 minutes away, so you can easily get all your needs. If you want to experience the lively city atmosphere, Willemstad is about a 30-minute drive away. Here you can enjoy the colorful architecture, boutiques and delicious restaurants.

Our accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people and is ideal for families or groups who want to enjoy peace and privacy. Bon bini on our Micazu page! We are Rodney and Linda Voogel and the proud owners of Villa Paradise. After a number of wonderful holidays on Curaçao, we have had our own paradise built on the island and it has just been completed since July 2023. We would also like to let others enjoy this wonderful place, for example to relax by the pool or to discover the great beaches on the island, the underwater world and all the other beautiful things Curaçao has to offer.

Explanation of prices

Villa Paradise is rented for € 625.00 per week for a stay of 1-2 persons. For each additional person (up to max. 4 extra) a surcharge of € 12.50 per person per night applies. Water and electricity are not included in the rent. A deposit of € 350.00 is requested, which is used to settle the consumption of water and electricity. The costs for the mandatory final cleaning amount to € 85.00 and for stays of longer than 3 weeks, an intermediate cleaning is mandatory at € 60.00.

A request for reservation of Villa Paradise Curaçao is made exclusively through booking on the internet or by email. Receipt of the reservation is confirmed with an email confirmation from the owner.
The deposit (if applicable) must be paid immediately upon reservation via the internet or reservation by email.
After receipt of the reservation request and/or payment, the reservation will only become final if it has been confirmed by Villa Paradise Curaçao by email. After this, the rental agreement is automatically concluded. In the event of cancellation by the tenant after this confirmation, costs will therefore be due.
In case of cancellation by the tenant:
1. in the event of cancellation within 8 weeks before the arrival date, a fee of 20% of the rent is due (i.e. excluding extra costs and deposit),
2. in the event of cancellation within 4 weeks before the arrival date, a compensation of 75% of the rental sum (ie excluding extra costs and deposit) will be due by the latter and
3. in case of cancellation within 14 days before the arrival date, this compensation is the full rent.
If desired, the tenant is responsible for taking out cancellation insurance.
In the interest of your health and safety, mandatory COVID-19 safety guidelines will be taken into account as much as possible. Think of hygiene and safety regulations regarding COVID-19.
