Space, Peace and comfort - inside and outside
The house is designed for ultimate living pleasure. Large sliding doors at both the front and rear provide an open feeling where inside and outside flow effortlessly into each other. At the front, the 7-metre-wide sliding doors create a light, airy living space with a wide view of the island. At the rear, wall-to-wall sliding doors open to the sheltered back porch – a lovely private spot against the mountain, where birds chirp and the wind always blows gently.
Bedrooms and bathrooms – Luxury and comfort in perfect symmetry
Discover the ultimate balance between space and comfort in our unique accommodation. Two identical bedrooms, each a haven of peace, invite you to relax. Enjoy the luxury of spacious wall cupboards and comfortable 90x200 cm beds, perfect for a good night's sleep.
Cool comfort all year round: Shutter speeds with mosquito nets keep the heat out, while air conditioning provides refreshment for hot days.
Every detail has been thought out: Two en-suite bathrooms, even spacious and stylish as the bedrooms, offer everything you need. From a toilet and double sink to a wonderful shower with hot water - pure indulgence after a long day.
Here you are equal in comfort. No distinction between main and guest room, but two perfect spaces that breathe hospitality. Ideal for couples, friends of families who travel together and appreciate equal luxury.
Kitchen – fully equipped
Whether you prepare a simple lunch or cook elaborately: you will not be short of anything in this kitchen. The large American fridge has an ice cube and cold water dispenser, and there is also a 4-burner gas hob, convection oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, blender and every conceivable kitchen utensil. In the utility room, you'll also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board – handy for longer stays.
Living room – relaxed and connected
The living room is nicely furnished and offers a nice sitting area, TV with Chromecast and a stereo system. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available. Thanks to the open layout and constant air circulation, it is always pleasant to stay inside, even without air conditioning.
Verandas – outdoor living pur sang
The house has a spacious front and back porch. The front porch is fully covered, equipped with shutter windows and furnished with a lounge set and dining table – the perfect place for breakfast with a view or a nice drink at sunset. At the back you will find an intimate veranda directly against the mountainside, where peace and nature predominate. Here you can relax in comfortable chairs while tropical birds sing around you.
Private pool and pool deck
Directly adjacent to the house is the swimming pool of 4 x 4.5 meters and 1.75 meters deep. The adjacent pool deck is equipped with sunbeds and is the ideal place for a refreshing swim or to soak up the sun.
Important information: Due to the location of the house at an altitude of approximately 100 meters and the access via two flights of stairs, this accommodation is less suitable for guests with reduced mobility and for families with very young children.
Parking is available on site, near the entrance.
