Kas Berdé is only a 15-minute drive from Hato Airport, the airport of Curacao. Kas Berdé is a super modern holiday home of 160m2 with open kitchen that flows into the porch where you can sit and dine.
Because the house is perfectly built on the wind, it is really wonderful to stay in this recently completed (01-03-2022) green pearl on Fontein.
The house has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. The house is less suitable for children, partly due to the height and an internal staircase. Please keep this in mind.
The house is equipped with European (220V) sockets and WiFi.
Both bedrooms have a new and perfectly working air conditioning.
Do living room features a TV to which you can stream with your own device. Kas Berdé has shutters that, when open, provide a cooling breeze in the house. Of course, these shutters can also be closed, creating a blackout effect...
Hot water is generated by a solar water heater with a generous reservoir, so that there is always enough hot water available.
The porch is equipped with 2 sunbeds, 2 beach chairs and a dining area with 6 chairs. In addition, the fan of 2.20 meters(!) offers the necessary cooling on the (rare) windless days. In the extension of the porch, a lovely swimming pool has been realized with an amazing view!
The open kitchen is equipped with 2 bar stools and an American fridge. There is also a combi microwave, a Senseo machine, a kettle, and a dishwasher!
Kitchen linen, towels and bed linen are provided. Beach towels on request from the caretaker.
Villapark Fontein is located near the most beautiful beaches of Curacao. In the vicinity of the park you will also find several restaurants and in the nearby Tera Cora there are several supermarkets, a gas station, an ATM and a bakery. The villa park is surrounded by a beautiful nature reserve where various walking routes are indicated. The park is secured by a barrier and there is 24/7 security.
