Luxury, space and nature in perfect harmony. A stunning, spacious new three-level villa, perched on the 24/7 secure villa park Fontein in the unspoilt heart of BandaBou on 'dushi Korsou'. Here you can enjoy peace, nature and a panoramic view of the island.
On the middle floor you will find a stylish living room with cozy sitting area, fan and TV (Netflix) and on the other side an open kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, blender, nespresso machine, kettle and sandwich maker. A kitchen island with bar, ideal for a pleasant evening with family or friends.
The large sliding doors lead to the spacious terrace with various sitting areas and sunbeds where you can sunbathe. The terrace has a partial roof, bbq and private pool (plunge pool), where you look out over the hills and see the Caribbean Sea in the distance.
The upper floor offers three comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms and a small safe. The master bedroom features a beautiful walk-in bathroom with toilet and shower room, while the other two rooms share a modern bathroom. On this floor you will also find the washing machine, there is an extra toilet and also here a spacious terrace where you can sit. The perfect place to enjoy a cool breeze, a delicious cup of coffee or glass of wine and an unforgettable sunrise and sunset.
Upon arrival you can park the car directly on site in the carport. The whole villa has 220V. Bed linen, beach towels, towels and kitchen towels are of course provided. Villa Beachberry is located high against a rock face and is surrounded by nature. You can hear the birds chirping and feel the serene tranquility of BandaBou, while Curaçao's most beautiful beaches such as Cas Abao, Daaibooi, and Porto Mari are just a short drive away. And do you want to look for the cosiness of Willemstad? Within half an hour you are right in the heart of the city on the Handelskade.
Accessibility & Safety: Villa Beachberry is built over 3 unique floors. As a result, you should take into account that you regularly use stairs indoors. Due to these steps and the presence of an open, unscreened private swimming pool, the property is strictly unsuitable for guests with walking disabilities or a mobility problem. In addition, for safety reasons, we apply a minimum age of 7 years for children (with swimming certificate).
Consumption of water & electricity: The consumption of water and electricity is not included in the standard rental price. On arrival and departure, the meter readings will be taken together with you. The costs for your actual consumption will be calculated at the end of your stay and deducted from the deposit. Water at € 10 per m3 / electricity € 0.65 per kWh.
