La Villa Fountain - with private pool

Holiday home "La Villa Fontein" is elevated with an unobstructed view, and situated on a very spacious plot (1000 m2) with a large terrace with fantastic unobstructed views of the landscape and (the breathtaking sunset in) the Caribbean Sea. A beautiful private swimming pool with sun terrace (not overlooked), an outdoor shower and a handy outdoor sink is located next to the house.

The self-designed house is situated in Villapark Fontein (house number B53), on two combined lots, in the rural part of Curacao "Banda Abao" about 5 minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches with crystal clear water Porto Marie, Casa Abao and Daaibooi ( with excellent facilities). The nice authentic village of St. Willibrordus with restaurant "Williwood" and beautiful salt pans and flamingos is nearby. Also a bakery, supermarket, doctor and gas station in the village of Tera Cora, 3 km from the park. The holiday home is about 20 minutes by car from the beautiful monumental Willemstad, with attractions including Otrobanda and Punda.

The house is fully equipped (dishwasher, boiler for hot water, washing machine and WiFi). Linen, (beach) towels and kitchen towels are provided. The master bedroom has a large high double bed (king size) with a good mattress and the children's room has two single beds. Spacious bathroom with shower/toilet/sink. Guest toilet in the living room. At the pool you will find a sun terrace with sun loungers and a beautiful outdoor shower. You also have access to a gas BBQ, an outdoor sink and a fixed picnic table.

Good to know: The terrace of the house, with an unobstructed view, is not directly on a back road of the park. The house is also far away from the main road that runs along the park (so no engine noise).
