The Villa
The villa is located on a very spacious corner plot of 1100 m2 with a swimming pool of 3x6 meters with landscaped ornamental garden and spacious Palapa where you can relax in the breeze on the lounge set provided.
The swimming pool has an integrated bench. The pool itself is 1.60 meters deep. Pool deck has 4 sunbeds and 2 chairs including an outdoor shower.

Bedrooms
The villa has 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning.
The 1st bedroom has a double box spring bed of 1.80 x 2.00 which is adjacent to the private bathroom and is equipped with:

- 2-person mosquito net available, including mounting hook in the ceiling
The 2nd bedroom has 2 x single box spring beds measuring 0.90 x 2.00 meters. These can be pushed together to create a 2-person box spring bed and is equipped with:

The villa also has a 2nd bathroom. Both bathrooms have hot water through a boiler and a toilet.

Outdoor space
The villa has a spacious porch that is well exposed to the wind with a 4-person dining table overlooking the swimming pool, the garden and the Mundi of the villa park itself. There is a kamado BBQ on the porch.
The garden is also equipped with:
- a fixed washing line with sufficient hanging options
- hammock under the tree incl. table
- parking for enough cars
The storage room can also be reached via the porch.
Salvage
The storage room is equipped with:

- folding chairs for use on the beach
Security
The villa is monitored with cameras at both entrance gates to the plot and the side garden. These cameras are only on when the villa is not rented or occupied. So they are not turned on during your stay at Casa C24. The villa is also fenced with a lockable fence. Any rental car can be parked on site. The park itself has 24/7 security and is closed with a barrier.
Environment
The town of Tera Cora is a short distance away (5 minutes' drive). There is a bakery here where you can get fresh bread every day. There is also a supermarket here for daily shopping, a gas station, ATM, hairdresser, doctor and a pharmacy.
The villa park is located a short distance from the most beautiful beaches such as Cas Abou, Porto Marie and the large and small Knip beaches. Of course there are many more beautiful beaches on this side of the island. The flamingos are a very short distance from the park. In the azure blue sea you can enjoy snorkeling or diving and enjoy all the beauty that the underwater world has to offer, such as colorful fish and sea turtles.
Are you also a nature lover? From the villa park you can also enjoy beautiful walking routes through the nature of Curacao. Where you arrive at beautiful places that you cannot reach by car. A number of walking routes can be started from the park itself. These walking routes are managed by the Uniek Curacao Foundation.
For everyone who loves good food! Curacao has a wide choice of restaurants all over the island. We especially recommend the small local eateries for their coziness, tasty food and very friendly hospitality.
Departure
On the last rental day you can use the house all day until your flight, at no extra cost.
General
- Airport transfer can be reserved on request (€ 75,- return)
- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
- The swimming pool is not suitable for children without a swimming diploma.
- There is 1 camping bed and a high chair
- Villa Park Fontein is still under construction. It may happen that there is still work to be done at the park during working hours.
- Bus stop at Villapark entrance
- The house is rented as a holiday home. Parties, gatherings, parties and nocturnal noise are not permitted.
